Dr. Larcher worked at UKH Salzburg trauma Hospital as a specialist in plastic, aesthetic and reconstructive surgery till April 2016. Since May 2016, he has been the Head of the Plastic and Reconstructive surgery Unit in the Italian National Health System, to be specific in South Tyrol Italy, homeland of Dr. Larcher. In July of the same year, PD Dr. Larcher then opened his private practice in Bolzano and contibued working in his second private practice in Salzburg.
